Overview
We are seeking a results-driven
Business Development Specialist
- to identify growth opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue for our organization.
- This role involves researching market trends, generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the sales and marketing teams in developing new business initiatives.
- ****Key Responsibilities:****
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outbound outreach.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients and partners.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement business development strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support decision-making and strategy development.
- Prepare and deliver compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging markets to identify areas for growth.
- Track and report on business development activities, pipeline progress, and KPIs.
- Support negotiations and closing processes in collaboration with senior team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business development targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently and collaboratively.

- CRM software proficiency
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Market research and data analysis.
- Proposal writing and presentation development.
