Job Purpose

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our KSA team in Riyadh .

The primary responsibility is to acquire new merchants, manage these accounts, and establish strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth and strengthen relationships.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our organization in a fast-paced and competitive environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute acquisition strategies
  • Use lead generation tools to build and manage a strong sales pipeline
  • Convert leads into sales opportunities and manage the sales cycle end-to-end
  • Expand Paymob’s presence in KSA market by understanding local business needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and enhance client satisfaction
  • Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and refine acquisition efforts
  • Fluent in English; familiarity with the KSA market is essential
  • Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or account management in KSA
  • Hands-on experience with merchants, partnerships, or in the retail, fintech, or e-commerce sectors
  • Strong Lead Generation Skills.
  • Strong negotiation and communication abilities
  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Capability to work independently and achieve targets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
