About the Role
BM Events is seeking a highly motivated
Business Development Representative
to drive our staffing solutions across Riyadh’s corporate, hospitality, and events sectors.
This role is perfect for professionals fluent in
Arabic and English
, with proven field sales experience in the
UAE & KSA events or hospitality industry
.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct
- minimum 7 door-to-door client visits daily
- across Riyadh’s corporate offices, hotels, and event venues.
- Identify, develop, and secure
- new business opportunities
- for staffing solutions.
- Build and nurture
- strong relationships with event organizers, hotel managers, and corporate clients
- .
- Promote BM Events’ staffing services effectively to
- achieve sales targets
- .
Requirements
- **Fluent in Arabic and English**
- (mandatory).
- Valid
- KSA driving license
- and own vehicle.
- Proven experience in
- sales within events, hospitality, or staffing
- in the KSA & UAE.
- Exceptional
- communication, negotiation, and field sales skills
- .
- Self-motivated with a proactive, results-driven approach.
