We're Hiring: Business Development Specialist (Commission-Based Only)
Are you a hunter with a passion for the Engineering services sector?
Do you have a network of high-net-worth individuals or corporate clients?
Company B is looking for a driven Business Development Specialist to join our growing team.
Guiding clients through Engineering Consultation building permit , Supervission, Technical services provider 3rd party and Interior design.
Corporate Support: Providing ongoing

Role Description
This role is focused on generating new clients and leads.
You will be the driving force behind our sales pipeline.
The Compensation Package
$ First 3 Months: High commission
structure at 20% to reward your hunting skills until hiring.
After Month 3: A Basic Salary +
Commission structure will be provided for strong performers.
We are also open to discussing higher splits for the right candidate with a proven track record.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, sales, or lead generation.
A strong network of potential clients or partners is a huge plus.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
