About This Role
Position Summary
The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and increasing company sales and market presence.
The role involves meeting potential clients, preparing quotations, negotiating contracts, and supporting long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Promote company services and products professionally.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
- Follow up with clients regarding inquiries, contracts, and payments.
- Negotiate terms and close business deals successfully.
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Attend meetings, exhibitions, and networking events when required.
- Maintain accurate records of clients, sales activities, and business opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports for management regarding business performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
- Ability to build professional relationships.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, hospitality, laundry services, or customer relations is an advantage.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in hospitality, laundry services, hotels, restaurants, or facility management.
- Experience handling corporate accounts and contracts.
