About This Role

Overview

Xyqar is looking for a GTM / Business Development Lead to help drive the commercial build-out of a high-trust cyber talent platform.

This role is specifically for Xyqar.

It is not a BluePinkSecurity advisory seat and it is not a group-wide corporate role.

Xyqar is being built around cyber talent scoring, matching, recruiter intelligence and workflow infrastructure for a market that remains structurally underbuilt.

The ambition is to build a serious, category-defining company with strong execution standards from day one.

Xyqar benefits from the broader ecosystem, credibility and momentum behind BluePinkSecurity, including Station F, Trust Valley, Microsoft for Startups, NVIDIA Inception, AWS Activate, ElevenLabs Grants and Misk Launchpad.

Role scope

We are looking for a commercially strong operator who can help create traction from the ground up for the APAC Zone.

This includes outbound business development, partnership sourcing, pipeline creation, demand qualification and contribution to the overall go-to-market motion.

You will help identify target customer segments, open commercial conversations, test acquisition channels, shape messaging and convert early market interest into revenue opportunities.

Key responsibilities

  • build and execute outbound GTM activity
  • identify and approach relevant customers, recruiters, partners and commercial intermediaries
  • create qualified pipeline and contribute directly to revenue generation
  • help refine market positioning, messaging and commercial priorities
  • structure reporting around outreach, conversion and traction
  • work closely with leadership on GTM priorities and commercial execution

Profile

  • strong business development or GTM instincts
  • comfortable with cold outreach, relationship-building and commercial conversion
  • able to operate with autonomy in an early-stage environment
  • high seriousness, responsiveness and execution discipline
  • ideally familiar with recruiting, talent, SaaS, cyber or B2B sales environments

Compensation

  • commission only at this stage
  • performance-based upside tied to closed business or agreed commercial outcomes
  • potential role expansion if mutual alignment and traction are confirmed
  • Important context
  • this is not a salaried employee role at this stage
  • this is a build-stage opportunity for someone comfortable with variable compensation and early-stage uncertainty
