We are a growing interior fit-out company based in Riyadh with a focus on commercial projects.

With a growing portfolio of completed work and ongoing expansion in the Saudi market, we are looking for a Business Development Executive to support our growth by generating new business opportunities and building strong client relationships.

The role involves identifying potential clients, meeting consultants and contractors, and supporting the company in securing new fit-out projects in Riyadh.

This is a field-based role focused on business development and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the commercial fit-out sector
  • Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders
  • Arrange and attend client meetings and site visits in Riyadh
  • Follow up on inquiries, RFQs, and project leads
  • Support preparation and submission of proposals in coordination with technical team
  • Maintain and grow a healthy project pipeline
  • Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly business targets

Working Hours

  • Saturday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Friday: Weekly off

Requirements

  • Above 3 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction industry in Saudi Arabia
  • Strong understanding of commercial fit-out projects and execution process
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition role
  • Ability to generate leads and convert opportunities into projects
  • Good network with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders in Riyadh is an advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of BOQ, quotations, and basic project coordination
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work in a startup environment
  • Ability to work independently and handle client meetings and site visits
  • Arabic and English communication skills mandatory
  • Valid Saudi driving license is a mandatory
