About This Role

Business Development Manager \| Riyadh Region

We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager with a strong network and proven success in Saudi Arabia’s construction, development, and giga-project sectors.

This role is for someone who knows how to open doors, build strategic partnerships, and convert opportunities into major business wins.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across the Saudi market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and stakeholders
  • Lead business growth initiatives and revenue generation strategies
  • Develop and execute strategic sales and market expansion plans
  • Manage negotiations, commercial discussions, and contract closures
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project acquisition and delivery
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities

Requirements

  • Proven track record in Business Development and strategic sales
  • Strong existing relationships within the Saudi market
  • Direct experience working with or handling projects involving ROSHN, Qiddiya, and Red Sea Global is highly preferred
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to achieve and exceed business targets under pressure
  • Experience in construction, contracting, real estate development, or related sectors is a major advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and business development platforms
  • We are looking for someone commercially sharp, highly connected, and capable of driving serious growth in a competitive market.
