About the Role
BM Events is expanding its UAE operations and looking for a dynamic Business Development Representative
fluent in
Arabic and English
, with a strong network in the UAE events and hospitality sectors.
This is a field-based role ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in
UAE market sales
.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct
- 7+ client visits daily
- across Dubai & Abu Dhabi’s corporate offices, hotels, and event venues.
- Generate and secure
- new business opportunities
- for staffing solutions.
- Develop strong, lasting relationships with
- event organizers, hotel managers, and corporate clients
- .
- Promote BM Events’ staffing services and
- meet or exceed sales targets
- .
Requirements
- **Fluent in Arabic and English**
- (mandatory).
- Valid
- UAE driving license
- and own vehicle.
- Proven experience in
- sales in events, hospitality, or staffing
- in UAE.
- Strong
- communication, negotiation, and field sales skills
- .
- Self-driven and capable of working independently in the field.
