Job Title: Business Development Officer (Male)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Officer with strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality procedures and regulations. Candidates with prior experience or retired professionals from Dubai Municipality will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in line with company objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and government authorities
- Handle approvals, documentation, and coordination related to Dubai Municipality
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development within the UAE
- Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality rules, procedures, and approvals
- Prior experience or retired personnel from Dubai Municipality preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle government-related documentation and processes
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
