Business Development Executive
About This Role
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to support business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and assisting in manpower deployment. The role involves both sales and coordination with internal teams to meet client workforce requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and commercial documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Follow up on leads, client interactions, and business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in business development / sales.
- Experience in staffing or manpower industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and manpower deployment processes is an advantage.
- UAE driving license is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
