About This Role
Role Description
As a BDM you will be responsible to drive business development and ensure volume with revenue growth.
Expand the current books of business and increase support from the existing customers.
Ensure customers are visited regularly and CSS products and services are promoted and sold to the optimum.
Generate the brand image and value of CSS and offer clear value proposition to customers.
Act as a face of the company and work in tandem with customer service / in house sales / operation and other stakeholders to ensure that the customer is served to his / her satisfaction.
CSS Product Portfolio to be offered to Customers
Ø Ocean Freighting - Export, Import and X-Trade Sales (both FCL & LCL)
Ø Air Freighting – Export, Import and X-Trade Sales
Ø Warehousing & Distribution & 3PL (Crating/Lashing, Exhibition, Last Mile Delivery)
Ø Customs Clearance & Transportation - Both Export and Import for Ocean and Air shipments.
Ø Break Bulk / ODC shipments
