Business Development Manager (EMIRATI)

We are hiring a

𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫

to support the growth and expansion of a dynamic real estate business in the UAE market.

This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with strong industry knowledge, relationship-building capabilities, and experience working closely with Emirati brokers and high-value real estate networks.

-Develop and maintain strong relationships with Emirati brokers, property consultants, and key stakeholders within the UAE real estate market.

-Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue channels to support company growth objectives.

-Drive lead generation activities and manage the business development cycle from prospecting to deal closure.

-Collaborate closely with internal teams to strengthen market presence and improve client engagement strategies.

-Represent the company at networking events, client meetings, and industry functions to expand business opportunities.

-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

-5+ years of experience in business development or sales within the UAE real estate sector.

-Strong experience working with Emirati brokers and a solid understanding of the local real estate market.

-Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

-Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are highly advantageous.
