Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing strategic partnership opportunities, growing the client portfolio, and driving customer acquisition.
This includes developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and implementing strategies to drive business growth.
The role requires active collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Compensation Structure
This is a
commission-only
role no base salary.
Your earning potential is directly tied to the deals you bring in.
High performers can expect
uncapped earnings
based on contract value and volume.
This is ideal for someone who believes in performance-based rewards and wants to grow with an emerging brand.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in business development, partnership building, and client relationship management
- Experience in sales, lead generation, and account management with a strong record of achieving targets
- Familiarity with blockchain, Web3, NFT projects, or cryptocurrency industry is highly advantageous
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Analytical thinking and ability to interpret data to identify trends and inform strategies
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with a results-driven attitude
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-working environment
