ART TECH is expanding and seeking an ambitious, commercially focused

Business Development Manager

to help accelerate growth across Dubai and the GCC region.

We specialize in experiential concepts, immersive installations, creative activations, interactive environments, and innovative event solutions that blend creativity with technology.

Our work spans collaborations with brands, hospitality venues, retail destinations, developers, entertainment businesses, agencies, and corporate organizations.

Position Summary

The selected candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, securing partnerships, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

The role involves introducing experiential and creative solutions to prospective clients while supporting long-term commercial expansion.

We are looking for someone confident in client engagement, proposal discussions, networking, and business negotiations with strong knowledge of the UAE commercial landscape.

Core Responsibilities

  • Drive business expansion by identifying new commercial opportunities across UAE and GCC markets.
  • Establish strong relationships with agencies, hospitality groups, event organizers, luxury brands, malls, developers, entertainment venues, and corporate clients.
  • Present innovative experiential concepts, immersive activations, and creative event solutions to decision-makers.
  • Manage business opportunities from prospecting stage through discussions, proposal submissions, negotiations, and conversion.
  • Develop and maintain a structured sales pipeline and ensure proper follow-up of leads.
  • Build strategic alliances and partnership opportunities to strengthen company growth.
  • Attend exhibitions, networking forums, client meetings, and industry events to expand market visibility and commercial reach.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure business opportunities are aligned with execution capabilities.
  • Stay updated on market movements, emerging trends, and competitor activity to identify potential opportunities.
  • Maintain organized business reports, sales updates, and customer relationship records.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is commercially minded, confident in front-facing business interactions, and capable of independently developing opportunities while maintaining professional client relationships.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Minimum
  • 3–7 years of professional experience
  • in one or more of the following areas:
  • Business Development

• Events & Event Services

  • Experiential Marketing

• Advertising & Brand Activations

  • Creative or Technology-Based Solutions
  • Luxury, Hospitality, or Client-Facing Services
  • Strong understanding of UAE market dynamics and commercial networking.
  • Existing business relationships in events, hospitality, retail, agencies, entertainment, government, or corporate sectors will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Highly motivated, target-oriented, and proactive mindset.
  • UAE Driving License preferred.
