We are seeking a highly driven

Business Development Manager / Enterprise Account Manager

with a strong hunter mindset and proven experience selling solutions into the data center and critical infrastructure industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building a robust sales pipeline, and managing strategic enterprise accounts across the UAE.

This role requires a consultative sales professional who understands data center infrastructure products and services, including power distribution systems, PDUs, UPS systems, cooling solutions, physical infrastructure, safety, and monitoring solutions.

An Electrical Engineering background is preferred, along with experience working with manufacturers, distributors, or solution providers in the data center, power, or critical infrastructure sector (e.g., Schneider Electric and similar organizations).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic account plan for a defined list of UAE target accounts, including telecom operators, enterprises, government entities, EPC contractors, and MEP contractors.
  • Proactively prospect, cold-call, and generate new business opportunities to build a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Sell data center solutions and services, including power, cooling, physical infrastructure, safety, and monitoring solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead qualification, discovery, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, closing, and renewals.
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales teams for solution design and with Draftsmen/Design teams for layouts and proposal documentation.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, opportunity tracking, and CRM hygiene.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise data center, colocation, managed services, or critical infrastructure sales.
  • Strong understanding of data center power, cooling, UPS, PDUs, physical infrastructure, and safety solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience in consultative and solution-based selling.
  • Excellent prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Strong CRM discipline and forecasting capability.
  • Existing relationships within the UAE enterprise, telecom, government, EPC, or MEP ecosystem are highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Experience working with manufacturers, distributors, or solution providers in the data center, power, or critical infrastructure industry.
  • Familiarity with organizations such as Schneider Electric, Vertiv, Eaton, APC, or similar companies.
