Overview

Our client is a well-established firm dealing with the sale and distribution of graphical and packaging grades of paper in the Middle East, Asia and Northern Africa.

We work closely with some of the biggest paper mills in Asia, Europe and South America to provide our customers with excellent service and support.

Location

UAE (with international travel requirements)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented

Sales Executive

to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth for our paper and board product portfolio.

While experience in the paper industry is an advantage, it is not mandatory.

We welcome candidates with a strong sales background from any relevant industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads across target markets.
  • Promote and sell the company’s paper and board products to clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close sales agreements.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and business meetings.
  • Travel internationally as required to meet customers and expand business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum
  • 4 years of sales experience
  • in a B2B sales environment.
  • Native Arabic speaker with
  • fluent English communication skills
  • (spoken and written).
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally on a regular basis.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
