Job Purpose

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business and securing Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) and Total Facilities Management (TFM) opportunities across the UAE.

This is a pure sales role with direct revenue responsibility and a minimum annual sales target of AED 4 million.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Facilities Management sales, strong market connections, and the ability to independently drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.

Qualifications & Experienc

  • eBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • .Minimum 5 years of sales experience within the UAE Facilities Management industry
  • .Mandatory experience in selling AMC and/or TFM contracts
  • .Proven track record of closing deals and achieving revenue targets; experience limited to estimation, proposals, or support functions will not be sufficient
  • .Strong existing network with developers, property managers, and corporate clients in the UAE
  • .Demonstrated ability to independently manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
  • .Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

  • s.Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across commercial, residential, and corporate sector
  • s.Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, property management companies, and corporate client
  • s.Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline through networking, client meetings, referrals, and market outreac
  • h.Prepare and present commercial proposals tailored to client requirement
  • s.Lead negotiations and successfully close contracts in line with company objective
  • s.Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and client record
  • s.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities within the Facilities Management secto
  • r.Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth contract handover and service deliver
