About This Role

Role Overview

34 Evaluation is looking for a confident and result-driven **Business Development Executive** to support business growth by developing relationships with **banks, financial institutions, corporate clients, real estate companies, developers, investors, and property owners**.

The role is focused on generating new business opportunities for valuation services, maintaining client relationships, arranging meetings with decision-makers, and supporting the company’s presence in the banking, real estate, and corporate sectors.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, UAE market knowledge, and the ability to approach professional clients such as banks, developers, corporate groups, mortgage teams, and investment companies.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities for valuation services across the UAE market.

Build relationships with **banks, mortgage departments, corporate clients, developers, real estate companies, investors, and asset owners**.

Approach potential clients through calls, LinkedIn, referrals, meetings, networking, and market visits.

Arrange meetings with key decision-makers and present 34 Evaluation’s services professionally.

Promote services related to **property valuation, asset valuation, mortgage valuation, corporate valuation support, and real estate advisory-related valuation**.

Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Coordinate with internal valuation and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Prepare proposals, quotations, company profiles, and service presentations when required.

Track leads, client meetings, follow-ups, and business opportunities using CRM or internal trackers.

Support management in building partnerships with banks, real estate developers, corporate groups, and professional service firms.

Understand client requirements and ensure the right service solution is proposed.

Provide regular weekly reports on meetings, leads, pipeline status, and closed business.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum **2–5 years of UAE experience** in business development, corporate sales, banking relationship management, real estate, valuation services, mortgage, or professional services.

Experience

dealing with **banks, developers, corporate clients, real estate firms, or financial institutions** is preferred.

Strong understanding of the UAE real estate and corporate business market.

Ability to approach senior clients and build professional relationships.

Good knowledge of valuation services, mortgage processes, banking coordination, or real estate transactions will be an advantage.

Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and follow-up skills.

Professional appearance and confident personality.

Ability to work with targets and manage a sales pipeline.

Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Role Summary

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
