We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager — B2B (Automotive Fleet & Corporate Sales)

800CarGuru — UAE’s largest mobile car repair service — is hiring a Business Development Manager (B2B)

to drive

enterprise revenue across all divisions

.

This is a

pure sales + relationship ownership role

— you open doors, close contracts, and own every B2B relationship.

What You’ll Own

  • Drive
  • B2B revenue across all divisions
  • (Tyres, Battery, Tow, Car Care, Body Shop, Service Center)
  • Build and execute
  • B2B sales strategy across UAE
  • **Own end-to-end deal cycle**
  • :
  • Prospecting
  • Client meetings
  • Proposal & negotiation
  • Contract closure
  • Maintain and grow
  • long-term corporate relationships
  • **Drive cross-sell across all services for every client**

Core Responsibilities

  • Identify and close:
  • Fleet companies
  • Car rental businesses
  • Corporate accounts
  • Insurance partnerships
  • Government & logistics fleets
  • Manage a
  • live pipeline of prospects and deals (CRM-driven)
  • **Conduct daily client meetings with Division Managers**
  • **Own contract renewals, upsells, and retention**
  • **Deliver weekly revenue and pipeline reports**

How You Operate

  • You are the
  • hunter + closer + relationship owner
  • **You lead all B2B conversations and negotiations**
  • **Division Managers execute operations after deal closure**
  • **If a B2B client churns — you are accountable**

Ideal Background

  • 3+ years in
  • B2B automotive, fleet, or corporate sales (UAE market)
  • **Proven track record of closing high-value fleet or corporate contracts**
  • **Strong network in:**
  • **Car rental & leasing companies**
  • Logistics & delivery fleets
  • Corporate / government sectors
  • Deep understanding of
  • automotive services (tyres, battery, maintenance, towing)

What We’re Looking For

  • Aggressive closer with
  • strong negotiation skills
  • **Someone who can open doors fast and convert at high speed**
  • **Relationship-driven — able to retain and expand accounts long-term**
  • **Comfortable working across multiple product lines and divisions**
