Business Development Executive /Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Develop prospective customers through calls, email, online business platforms, site visits, industry resources, and exhibitions.
• Target logistics, manufacturing, e-commerce, distribution, automotive, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, EPC, and consulting organizations.
• Meet clients, understand their warehouse, logistics, and automation requirements, and collect project information.
• Coordinate with technical colleagues on solutions and quotations.
• Manage sales from customer development and requirements confirmation through technical communication, quotation, negotiation, and contract signing.
• Follow up on project implementation.
• Gather market and competitor information, project opportunities, procurement plans, and industry trends.
• Develop EPC contractor and consultant resources, report to the Sales Director, and maintain customer records and long-term relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• At least 3 years of sales experience in industrial equipment, engineering products, or related fields.
• Strong market development and client-visiting ability, plus communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Familiarity with the Saudi market and local business environment.
• Fluent Arabic and English; able to communicate independently with clients in meetings, calls, emails, and negotiations.
• Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia as required.
• Chinese language ability is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse racking, material handling, automation equipment, forklifts, or EPC projects.
• Existing customer resources in Saudi logistics, manufacturing, factories, large enterprises, or consulting.
• Familiarity with warehouse systems, ASRS, and intelligent logistics solutions.
