Business Development Executive

Develop target list and initiate contact with potential clients through sales phone calls, appropriate social media, promotional flier distribution and cold calling.

Confirm appointments to introduce the company and the company’s services to potential clients and build and maintain ongoing relationships.

Supports existing clients, acting as intermediary for communication between client and their operations teams and Crane Worldwide network, available for escalation when necessary.

Provides tracking information as requested by the client.

Escalate all issues with a shipment immediately to the client to insure prompt resolution.

Manage all client requests and follow up to ensure that the client needs are met.

Facilitate the completion of RFQ’s.

Provide marketing and proposal support for all Global Sales Team members.

Analyzes client profit or loss and provides proposals for yield improvement.

Other duties as assigned.
