Position purpose

Drive sold revenue across MENA through new client relationships, strategic partnerships, and targeted business development.

Identify, develop, and convert commercial opportunities; translate client needs into solutions while supporting pipeline health and long-term growth.

Revenue and client relationships

  • Meet or exceed individual sold revenue targets and collaborate with regional leadership on broader targets and forecasts.
  • Own opportunities from origination through qualification, proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Build long-term relationships with decision-makers and senior stakeholders; understand client priorities, challenges, and buying signals.
  • Create upsell and cross-sell opportunities and support NPS and CSAT targets.
  • Maintain qualified pipeline coverage of 3–4x quota through self-sourcing, referrals, partnerships, and collaboration; keep pipeline and forecasts accurate.

Business development governance

  • Coordinate regional reviews with leadership and relevant delivery, operations, legal, finance, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain visibility of opportunities, RFPs, client priorities, deadlines, ownership, risks, and internal support needs.
  • Manage RFP intake and prioritization, including go/no-go assessment of fit, value, win likelihood, delivery capacity, risk, and resources.
  • Confirm delivery capability and readiness before commitments; clarify roles, decision paths, and support structures.
  • Improve opportunity tracking, RFP and proposal workflows, approvals, document requirements, and escalation processes.
  • Coordinate accurate management of client portals, NDAs, PQQs, RFP documents, submission files, version control, and handovers; report pipeline and resource issues to leadership.

Solution alignment

  • Translate client goals and challenges into sales strategies and solution pathways tied to desired outcomes.
  • Differentiate offerings through value articulation and client storytelling; develop proposals, presentations, and commercial narratives.
  • Collaborate with sales, delivery, operations, and subject-matter experts to ensure solutions are credible, deliverable, and commercially sound.

Experience and qualifications

  • At least 7 years in business development, sales, account growth, or commercial leadership; MENA experience is ideal.
  • High School Certificate Equivalency required; a bachelor's degree is preferred. A relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent commercial experience may be considered.
  • Demonstrated record of meeting revenue targets, developing new client relationships, and expanding strategic accounts.
  • Expertise in consultative selling, opportunity qualification, pipeline management, negotiation, closing, forecasting, and commercial terms.
  • Ability to engage senior decision-makers, coordinate complex stakeholders, translate business challenges into viable solutions, and develop compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Strong networking, communication, and commercial skills; able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Experience coordinating internal stakeholders and managing RFP prioritization, go/no-go decisions, pipeline dashboards, proposal workflows, and document control.
