Job Overview
We are hiring a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive for a leading Banking & Finance sector client in Dubai.
This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a strong career in sales, client acquisition, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Generate leads and build strong client relationships
- Promote banking and financial products/services
- Meet sales targets and business goals
- Conduct client meetings and follow-ups
- Maintain customer records and sales reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales or customer service experience is an advantage
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
- Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset
- Immediate joiners preferred
