Role Description

*We are seeking a*

business development Assistant to support the

Business Development Department

with day-to-day administrative and secretarial tasks, client registration and documentation, coordination with government authorities, and basic marketing activities.

The role involves maintaining accurate records, ensuring confidentiality, supporting client communications, and assisting in business development and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform secretarial and administrative duties including correspondence filing, and scheduling.
  • Manage client registration, documentation, verification, and record maintenance in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with clients, government authorities, and internal departments for registrations, renewals, and approvals.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality of company and client information.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management related to administration, business development, or marketing.
  • Maintain organized records of all business development documents and meetings
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to secure meetings with targeted clients.
  • Apply marketing knowledge to maintain and regularly update the company’s brochure/website required.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years’ experience as a business development assistant.
  • Diploma /bachelor’s degree in administration.
  • Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is highly advantageous.
  • Computer knowledge (Microsoft Word & Excel).
  • Knowledge of marketing/web development will be an advantage
