Responsibilities
- Manage stakeholder expectations and align deliverables, timelines, and business outcomes; build relationships across cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Create reporting frameworks and performance updates for daily, weekly, quarterly, and yearly reporting across multiple business lines.
- Develop a global SQL-based business reporting dashboard.
- Analyze trends, correlations, and quartiles to generate insights, forecasts, and sales performance strategies.
- Conduct root-cause analysis for ongoing stakeholder and leadership insights; establish data-capture mechanisms and maintain proper data management.
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Two to three years of experience in data reporting and analysis.
- Proven stakeholder communication and management, reporting, and data analysis experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including translating data findings into strategic insights.
- Data analysis and reporting skills using SQL, Excel, and Looker.
- Sales-data environment experience managing Sales Representative KPIs.
- Google Sheets proficiency, including pivot tables, conditional formatting, and VLOOKUPs.
- Proficiency with AI prompts.
- Experience preparing reporting frameworks and data-based business review presentations.
- Business Process Outsourcing experience and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
Salary and benefits
- Salary is $59,500 annually.
- Benefits include two weeks of annual leave, medical and dental coverage, employee assistance, rewards and recognition, and ongoing training.
Schedule
- Fixed Monday-to-Friday schedule, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
