Business Analyst role focused on payment-processing solutions at Tata Consultancy Services.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and document business requirements for payment-processing solutions.
- Translate stakeholder needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
- Collaborate with development teams on REST and SOAP API integrations.
- Define data mappings, validate request and response structures, and support end-to-end testing.
- Map requirements to data structures and system integrations; document data flows, dependencies, and integration points.
- Support QA with requirements clarification and defect validation; gather requirements and manage stakeholders.
Required skills
- Strong business analysis experience in payment-processing environments.
- Hands-on REST/SOAP API integration experience.
- Knowledge of data mapping, system integrations, and data flow documentation.
- Experience supporting QA and testing activities.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Salary
- Salary range is CAD 90,000 to CAD 110,000 per year.
