Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for digital brokerage and wealth platforms.
- Partner with product owners, technology teams, and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows.
- Support UAT, validate solutions against requirements, and help ensure smooth implementation.
- Identify opportunities to improve digital investment journeys and customer experience.
Required qualifications and experience
- Strong knowledge of digital brokerage and wealth management platforms and experience with investment journeys covering onboarding, trading, portfolio management, and custody.
- Banking-domain knowledge is explicitly marked as required.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to bridge business and technology teams.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Five or more years of Business Analyst experience, including at least three years in digital wealth or brokerage platforms.
Tools and certifications
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- CBAP or Agile BA certifications are preferred.
