Urgent requirement for a Senior Test Engineer supporting banking clients in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
The role focuses on digital-signature journeys, DigiSign platforms and API integrations.
Responsibilities
- Perform SIT, UAT, regression, release and production validation.
- Prepare test plans, scenarios, cases, execution evidence and status reports.
- Test DigiSign BAU changes and integrations using functional and API testing.
- Manage defect triage, retesting, root-cause coordination and closure.
- Support production sanity checks, incident analysis and release readiness.
Required experience
- Banking-domain experience is mandatory, with Corporate or Transaction Banking application experience specified.
- Hands-on functional, integration and API testing using Postman is required.
- Experience with digital-signature journeys, DigiSign platforms, API integrations and BAU releases is required.
- Experience supporting SIT, UAT and production validation is required.
Skills and tools
- Required skills include testing, test planning and case design, defect tracking and stakeholder communication.
- UAE PASS and DigiSign knowledge, Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence and automation testing are listed as good to have.
Deliverables and technology
Deliverables include approved test plans and cases, completed test execution with evidence, a maintained defect log, and release-readiness and production-sanity confirmation.
Preferred technology includes API/REST services and Azure-based applications; listed tools include JIRA, Confluence, Postman and Azure DevOps.
