The Business Analyst serves as a liaison between business, cybersecurity, operations, and technical teams.

- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, controls, frameworks, and operational practices.
- Experience analyzing business and technical requirements and producing actionable outcomes and technical or operational documentation.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with business stakeholders and facilitate workshops to elicit needs, objectives, and challenges.
- Support strategic planning, demand intake, and initiative prioritization; develop business cases and value realization frameworks.
- Analyze current processes, identify improvements, document current and future states, and conduct gap, risk, and feasibility assessments.
- Define business requirements, success criteria, and KPIs; translate requirements into user stories and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams, validate solutions against business expectations, and support UAT.
- Track requirements through the project lifecycle and support change management, training, and business readiness.
- Check alignment of delivered solutions with business goals and assist with post-implementation reviews and benefits realization.
Compensation
- Salary range is CAD 100,000–120,000 per year.
