Overview
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or a related field
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in retail or commercial banking, with proven branch management experience
- Strong knowledge of UAE banking regulations and compliance frameworks
- Demonstrated success in sales leadership, customer acquisition, and portfolio growth
- Excellent leadership, people management, and communication skills
- Strong analytical, financial, and decision-making capabilities
- Arabic and English proficiency preferred

- Lead and manage day-to-day branch operations in line with bank policies and UAE regulatory requirements
- Drive sales performance across retail banking products including deposits, lending, and wealth solutions
- Develop and execute local business plans to achieve revenue, growth, and service targets
- Manage, coach, and develop branch staff to ensure high performance and engagement
- Ensure full compliance with Central Bank of UAE regulations, internal controls, and risk policies
- Oversee customer experience, complaint resolution, and service quality standards
- Monitor branch financials, operational risks, and audit requirements
