This part-time, hybrid role is based in Dubai, with a combination of on-site work at the branch and some work-from-home flexibility.
Key responsibilities
include supervising branch staff, managing work schedules, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
The Branch Manager will handle customer inquiries and escalations, drive sales and service initiatives, manage budgets and financial performance, and prepare regular reports on branch results.
The role also involves coordinating local marketing activities, maintaining a safe and inclusive work environment, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in branch management, retail management, or a similar supervisory role, with responsibility for daily operations and team leadership.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to resolve issues and maintain a customer-focused environment.
- Solid understanding of basic financial management, budgeting, and reporting, with the ability to interpret key performance indicators.
- Effective people management skills, including coaching, performance feedback, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive team culture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages relevant to Dubai are an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to prioritize tasks in a part-time, hybrid work setting.
- Comfort with using office productivity and branch management software, as well as basic digital tools for remote work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
- Familiarity with the Dubai market and local regulations is a plus.
