The Branch Head - BMTC (AUH) will be responsible for the overall leadership, growth, profitability, and operational performance of the Abu Dhabi BMTC business.
The role carries full P&L responsibility and is accountable for driving revenue growth, market penetration, customer engagement, team leadership, and strategic execution across the Lighting, Electrical, Water, and Retail business verticals in conjunction with the General Manager BMTC and all Product Heads.
Business Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and execute the branch growth strategy aligned with Group objectives.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, market share expansion, and customer acquisition.
- Identify new business opportunities, product categories, strategic partnerships, and market segments.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives and promote data-driven decision making.
Profit & Loss Management
- Own and manage the complete AUH Branch P&L.
- Deliver annual sales, gross profit, EBITDA, working capital, and cash flow targets.
- Drive margin improvement, inventory optimization, and collection performance.
- Ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and business planning.
Sales & Business Development
- Lead sales teams across Lighting, Electrical, Water, and Retail businesses.
- Develop relationships with key developers, consultants, contractors, government entities, and strategic customers.
- Personally drive major opportunities and key account growth.
- Ensure CRM discipline, forecasting accuracy, and sales pipeline management.
Team Leadership
- Build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
- Create a culture of accountability, performance, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Develop future leaders and succession plans within the organization.
Operations & Technology
- Ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Drive adoption of CRM, ERP, AI-enabled tools, business intelligence dashboards, and process automation.
- Utilize technology and analytics to improve productivity, forecasting, customer engagement, and business performance.

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- MBA preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of industry experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven P&L management experience.
- Strong exposure to Lighting, Electrical, Water, Retail, Technical Trading, Building Materials, MEP, or related industries.
- Established network within the UAE market, particularly Abu Dhabi.
