The role is full time, non-management, and not remote; the listed hotel location is in Doha, Qatar.
Guest services and operations
- Guide guests through arrival and departure experiences and respond to their requests.
- Process operational needs, complete reports, and share local-area highlights with guests.
- Help make guest transactions and the overall stay memorable.
- Follow policies, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, uphold quality standards, and support a safe workplace.
- Maintain professional appearance and communications and perform other reasonable duties as requested.
Qualifications and physical requirements
- No related work experience or supervisory experience is specified.
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is listed as a preferred qualification.
- The work involves standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and hands-on physical activity.
- Must be able to handle objects up to 50 pounds without assistance and objects over 75 pounds with assistance.
