Responsibilities
- Manage assigned corporate accounts and serve as the point of contact for sales and service.
- Review customer satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify partnership expansion opportunities.
- Find and pursue business with existing accounts and new corporate prospects; present printing, gifting, and stationery services.
- Prepare customized proposals and manage sales from lead generation and quoting through negotiation and closing.
- Plan pricing, terms, and service packages; maintain the sales funnel and meet sales targets.
- Follow service processes, resolve client issues, and maintain account records and follow-ups in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with production, operations, design, and logistics; advocate for improvements based on client needs.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of B2B or corporate sales experience, with a track record managing key accounts and closing large deals.
- Previous experience selling to HR, Marketing, Procurement, or Admin heads.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Printing, gifting, merchandising product sales, or B2B SaaS sales experience is an advantage.
- Strong spoken and written communication, professional presentation, stakeholder management, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Able to navigate complex sales with multiple decision-makers and long sales cycles.
Pay and benefits
- Pay is ₹32,000–₹34,000 per month.
