The role maintains a clean, welcoming, and professional environment for TEC members and guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages in accordance with company standards.
- Deliver friendly, professional, and prompt service to members, visitors, and guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, pantry, equipment, and service areas.
- Monitor stock levels, replenish supplies, and report shortages to the supervisor.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of food and beverage items.
- Operate coffee machines and other equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health and safety standards.
- Assist with meeting room refreshments, events, and other hospitality requirements as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a hospitality role is preferred.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and a positive, service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and beverage preparation standards.
