About the Role
We are expanding our Dubai office and looking for a B2B Sales Manager who knows how to open doors, build partnerships, and close deals.
This role is for people who want more than just a salary
you will directly influence revenue, growth, and market expansion.

What You’ll Do
- Build and expand B2B partnerships (retail, distributors, key accounts)
- Generate new business through outreach, networking, and deal-making
- Negotiate and close high-value agreements
- Take ownership of your pipeline and results
- Identify and scale new growth opportunities

What We’re Looking For
- Fluent English (strong communication & negotiation skills)
- Experience in B2B sales (retail/FMCG/distribution is a plus)
- You know how to close not just talk
- Ambitious, driven, and performance-focused
- You think in revenue, not in tasks
