Sales Executive – Horeca & Modern Trade | Specialty Food Distribution | Dubai

Organic & Real Foodstuff Trading LLC is a rapidly growing specialty food ingredients and FMCG distribution company supplying premium products across the UAE.

We work with hotels, restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens, supermarkets, hypermarkets, convenience stores, bakeries, catering companies, and food manufacturers, offering a wide range of innovative specialty food products.

We are looking for ambitious, energetic, and growth-driven Sales Executives to join our expanding team in Dubai.

This role offers strong long-term career growth potential for individuals who are passionate about sales, business development, and building customer relationships in the food industry.

Role Overview

Depending on experience and business requirements, the selected candidate will handle:

  • Horeca Sales
  • Modern Trade Sales
  • Or a combination of both channels

The role involves developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, increasing product listings, and driving sales growth across assigned accounts and territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow sales across Horeca and/or Modern Trade channels
  • Identify and approach new customers and business opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with chefs, purchasing teams, category managers, and store buyers
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives
  • Increase product visibility, listings, and customer engagement
  • Conduct regular market visits and customer follow-ups
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth deliveries and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements

  • Ability to work independently and handle targets responsibly
  • Passion for sales and customer interaction
  • Previous experience in Horeca, FMCG, food distribution, or Modern Trade is an advantage
  • Freshers with strong drive, confidence, and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply
