About This Role
Job Summary
Royal Blinds is hiring dynamic and target-driven B2B Sales Executives to drive sales of premium window blinds and curtain solutions across the UAE. The role focuses on building strong relationships with contractors, retailers, designers, and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new B2B clients across interior fit-out and construction sectors
Promote blinds and curtain solutions including roller, Venetian, vertical, and drapery systems
Present automation solutions (Somfy, Nice, Luxtrone, etc.)
Build strong relationships with B2B retailers and industry partners
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on leads
Achieve monthly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for delivery and execution
Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Requirements
3+ years of B2B sales experience (interiors/furniture/fit-out preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
UAE market experience preferred (Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Ajman)
Valid UAE driving license
Basic technical understanding of window covering systems is an advantage
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Strong client relationship and closing skills
