About This Role
We are a specialized real estate valuation and advisory firm seeking a high-performing B2B Sales Executive to join our Dubai team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in acquiring corporate and banking clients and building long-term strategic relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Acquire new clients within the corporate sector (companies, banks, financial institutions)
* Professionally promote the company’s services, reflecting quality and credibility
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
* Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals
* Manage the sales pipeline and successfully close deals
* Achieve defined sales targets and contribute to business growth
Requirements:
* Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in real estate or financial services)
* Proven track record in acquiring corporate or banking clients
* Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
* Good understanding of the Dubai market
* Fluency in English (written and spoken)
* Professional presence suitable for engaging with high-level clients
