- Our Auto Repair shop has built a strong reputation over the past 12 years in business.
- We are looking for a hands-on Service Manager to lead our growing operation in Silver Spring, MD.
- This is not just a Service Advisor role, we are looking for a true leader who can manage the shop, lead 3 automotive technicians, build customer trust, and help drive the next phase of business growth.
- We are a busy, high-traffic shop located on Georgia Avenue in a strong customer market with significant daily visibility and consistent car count.
- Our goal is to continue growing while maintaining a positive culture built around integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
- If you are a motivated leader who can earn the respect of technicians, ethically grow Sales while delivering an excellent customer experience, we would love to speak with you.
- Scope of Work
- Manage daily operations of the automotive shop
- Lead and support a team of 3 technicians
- Build strong customer relationships and retention
- Drive business growth and increase shop revenue
- Develop new business opportunities including:
- Fleet accounts
- Insurance relationships
- Commercial partnerships
- Create and manage operational reporting
- Maintain workflow efficiency and accountability
- Help establish a strong, positive shop culture
- Ensure ethical sales and repair practices
