Overview
Service Advisor – Automotive Industry \| UAE
We are looking for an experienced **Service Advisor** to join our growing automotive service team in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with vehicle service requirements
- Prepare Job cards and explain service recommendations
- Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and follow-up support
- Promote automotive services and achieve sales targets
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
- Immediate availability to join is mandatory.
- We are looking for candidates with their own visa.
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automobile Engineering, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
- A valid UAE driving license will be considered an advantage.
- Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience as a Service Advisor preferably within the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of tyres, automotive services, and workshop operations is essential
- UAE experience is preferred; however, candidates with GCC experience are also welcome to apply.
- Candidates speaking Arabic will be given priority.
