EVS UAE is currently seeking experienced and customer-driven Service Advisors to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for professionals who excel at communication, coordination, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction within the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and manage service bookings.
- Prepare estimates, open job cards, and coordinate with workshop teams.
- Update customers on service progress and manage approvals.
- Ensure smooth daily operations and maintain high satisfaction levels.
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in an automotive service center.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with job card systems / ERP preferred [odoo]
