- Diploma in Civil Engineering (DCE).
Job responsibilities
- Prepare and implement the project quality plan; establish and monitor project QA/QC.
- Implement project procedures and the Project Quality Plan after client approval.
- Review method statements and prepare Inspection and Test Plans, checklists, and forms for client approval as required.
- Plan QA/QC activities and train staff, workmen, and subcontractors on quality requirements.
- Coordinate approved PQP implementation with site teams and subcontractors.
- Maintain testing and measuring equipment records, arrange calibration, and obtain approvals for testing laboratories.
- Inspect and test materials and workmanship per the ITP, keeping traceable records.
- Coordinate Requests for Inspection, client inspections, testing, and clearance.
