Key Responsibilities
Assist the Floor Manager in overseeing daily restaurant floor operations
Supervise front-of-house staff including waiters, hosts, and service crew
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction at all times
Monitor staff performance, grooming, attendance, and discipline
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow
Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and hygiene standards
Support staff training, scheduling, and shift coordination
Assist in achieving restaurant sales and operational targets
Monitor inventory of service items and report shortages
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and food safety standards
Prepare shift reports and support management with daily operations
