Associate – International PMO role supporting business performance and execution of strategic initiatives across more than 40 international markets.

Responsibilities
- Track international projects, milestones, deliverables, and outstanding actions.
- Coordinate commercial, operational, and regional teams to ensure timely execution.
- Prepare executive dashboards, management reports, and presentations for the CEO.
- Monitor business performance, identify risks, and proactively escalate delays.
- Support business planning, commercial analysis, and strategic initiatives.
Ideal background
- 5–8 years of experience in PMO, Strategy & Operations, Business Analysis, Business Planning, or Strategic Projects.
- Proven experience working directly with C-suite executives or senior leadership.
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, KPI reporting, and analytical capabilities.
- Commercially aware, highly organised, and confident coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Proactive, hands-on approach, with ownership and follow-through on actions.
Compensation
- AED 20,000–25,000 per month, plus benefits.
Location
