- One of our clients in Dubai is looking for Assistant Service Manager.
- Assist in the management and development of a multi-disciplinary regional service
- organization.
- Lead and coordinate teams of electrical, mechanical, digital, workflow, and field
- service engineers.
- Manage daily service operations, installations, breakdown support, preventive
- maintenance, and customer escalations.
- Maintain and improve departmental profitability, efficiency, service quality, and
- budget performance.
- Develop and implement operational improvements, KPIs, reporting structures, and
- service strategies.
- Ensure strong coordination with international principals and manufacturers in Europe
- and Asia.
- Support long-term organizational continuity, succession planning, and knowledge
- transfer.
Requirement
- Proven experience managing a technical service organization with multiple
- engineering competencies.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and improving operational and financial budgets.
- Strong leadership background managing service engineers across various disciplines.
- Experience working with international principals, manufacturers, and suppliers.
