Overview

  • One of our clients in Dubai is looking for Assistant Service Manager.
  • Assist in the management and development of a multi-disciplinary regional service
  • organization.
  • Lead and coordinate teams of electrical, mechanical, digital, workflow, and field
  • service engineers.
  • Manage daily service operations, installations, breakdown support, preventive
  • maintenance, and customer escalations.
  • Maintain and improve departmental profitability, efficiency, service quality, and
  • budget performance.
  • Develop and implement operational improvements, KPIs, reporting structures, and
  • service strategies.
  • Ensure strong coordination with international principals and manufacturers in Europe
  • and Asia.
  • Support long-term organizational continuity, succession planning, and knowledge
  • transfer.

Requirement

  • Proven experience managing a technical service organization with multiple
  • engineering competencies.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and improving operational and financial budgets.
  • Strong leadership background managing service engineers across various disciplines.
  • Experience working with international principals, manufacturers, and suppliers.
