Construction Manager (Civil)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all civil construction activities on site.
• Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, method statements, and work schedules.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion within approved quality standards.
• Manage site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and workforce effectively.
• Ensure compliance with construction regulations, safety standards, and company procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and construction-related issues.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management review.
• Coordinate material requirements, manpower allocation, and site resources.
• Ensure full implementation of QA/QC standards across all construction activities.
• Support project planning, budgeting, and cost control activities.
• Attend coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in civil construction projects.
• Proven experience in high-rise, high-profile, or mega construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, execution, and site management practices.
• Good understanding of authority regulations and construction standards.
• Ability to manage multiple site activities and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, Primavera, and project management tools is preferred.
• Valid Driving License is mandatory.
