Assistant Sales Manager - Arabic Speaker

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve hotel revenue targets.
• Develop business across corporate, MICE, travel trade, and government segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct sales calls, client meetings, hotel site inspections, and presentations.
• Negotiate corporate rates, prepare proposals, and manage client agreements.
• Achieve assigned targets and increase room-night production and revenue.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and business opportunities.
• Coordinate with Revenue Management, Reservations, and other departments.
• Maintain sales records, account profiles, and reports.
• Promote both hotels to increase cross-selling and market share.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel sales experience, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE hospitality market and corporate client segments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and generate new business.
• Good knowledge of hotel sales systems and CRM tools.
• Fluency in English; Arabic-speaking capability is specified in the role title.
• Additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong organization and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
