Assistant Restaurant Manager supporting daily operations of the Lobby Lounge at Palazzo Versace Dubai.
Main responsibilities
- Assist with daily operations and maintain high service and guest-satisfaction standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate service staff; supervise performance and provide coaching and development.
- Control inventory and stock, maintain organization, and minimize waste.
- Coordinate service with kitchen and bar teams; resolve guest feedback and concerns.
- Assist with scheduling and staff allocations, and oversee compliance with hotel policies and health and safety regulations.
Candidate profile
- Minimum 2–3 years in a similar role at a luxury hotel or fine-dining establishment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent English communication; additional languages are a plus.
- In-depth food and beverage operations and service standards knowledge.
- Strong organization and attention to detail; able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, guest-focused approach and flexibility to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays.
